V2 doesn't work for me
Well, i downloaded the latest version of Silgrad, fully expecting great things. And great things there may be, except that something's messed up. I'm pretty sure that all of the houses in soluthis shouldn't be floating, and they should probably all have collision. Now i'm all for walking through houses, but something isn't right here at all. I don't know how i could have messed up the installation. I extracted all the files to my oblivion folder, and they all installed. The models are all there. Getting to morrowind works, and the city looks fine.
Except for soluthis, where everything's decided to float and disobey physics. Any ideas??? Have i overlooked something incredibly stupid? Leader of the Morag Tong Hail Mephala

It must be a problem with the public assets. I knew the public exterior huts wouldn't have collision, since I duplicated the _far models of the full-version huts, but that also means they shouldn't be misaligned at all and I checked the _far models thoroughly. Could I imposition you guys to post a few screenshots of the problem?

Ahh so they aren't supposed to have collision. Well that explains that. As for the floating, the strange thing is that not all of the huts are floating. Here's 3 screenshots or so.

Thats unusal, usally when something applies to a object it applies to ALL of the same objects.
Of course I'm just stating the obvious :yes:. Maybe it has something further to do with collsion? Or maybe something went wrong when making the duplicate?

Here's another question - The dwemer tileset, seems to be missing from v2 The pieces are IN the CS, and they HAVE .nif files, except that the files that are supposed to be there are not. I have no dwemer objects amongst my files. This seems to be a problem, and if it was intended, i would like to know if there is in existance a dwemer tileset, and where i could get one.

I've fixed the wrong position of the hut models. The round home and the council building were affected, and unfortunately the round home is the most commonly used building type so the effect was really noticeable. Next up I'll add collision to them. I had planned to do that today but I've been busy in my inbox all day

Did I have anything to do with this? I don't remember if I made _far models or not.
