object size scaling, bleeding, grass_in_city
Hi, im quite new with CS, my question is
1. do you use object size scaling (rocks etc usefull) often and is there any problems that will occur if you make a rocky spot(s) with for instance all big rocks scaled 1.5 or 2.0? 2. i like to use intentional bleeding alot.. take the rocky spot for example.. you create i t with many large rocks so they bleed within eachother... to outside it seemingly looks good, now however as theres many objects.. does it cause any problems like slowdown or does it take processing power only from what you can see (and not whats within other object)? 3.is it tolerable to use grass within a city? i mean like small spots here and there.. or do you think for the mod it decreases performance too much? thanks =) |
