quests for the deepen moor tavern

This is for everyone to post suggestions for quests to be found in a tavern in deepen moor ( It is not in the bog , it is very close to it however ) . The tavern is a place where the people hiding in deepen moor sell their wares . You should find some quests related to smuggling and slavery here . Any idea's are welcome . The tavern also has a little cave underneath it where a small amout of skooma or other illegal wares can be stored .

Dens, thieves, smuggling...

The player could be taken into a good-ol' Skooma smuggling operation, and end up with the choice of either A) killing all the smugglers or B) fulfilling the smuggling operation and keeping a fair bit of cash.

Heres an idea, it is pretty vague right now, but it is a start.

You are approached by a skooma dealer. He tells you of a new dealer that is taking away all of his business. He wants you to remove him... permenatly. He wants you to have him sleeping with the fishes... literally. So you find the dealer and tell him you want to buy some, and you will meet him down by so and so swamp. when you meet him there, some guards come with the first dealer right after you attack the rival dealer. The first dealer yell about how he was his brother, and you killed him, and he gets alot of money and you get some prison time. When you get out, you can either get revenge or continue life normally. Of coarse you choose revenge. you meet an actual rival dealer and get some "bad" skooma off of him for free (they are rivals, so he wants the first dealer to go down). You break into the first dealers... place, wherever it is that he keeps his skooma. You replace all of the skooma with the "bad" stuff and maybe find the money you lost along the way. You give the good skooma back to the rival dealer. About a week later, you hear that there is something going to happen at this tavern. You go and watch, and see a group of angry customers attack and kill the dealer. The end.

I had thought of a few things involving Skooma Dealing and Trade but had never put them down, glad you did.

How bout

Skooma dealings could encompass many different areas. Guards could be on the take, dealers can rival for control of different areas of morrowind, freelance dealers could be ousted,

This can come from both sides as well, Through the Legion we could have a number of quests to get rid of or to uncover illigal skooma trade, "A clean up the streets" type of quests

From the Skooma Dealers we can also have quests like you all have mentioned above, rivalrys, payoffs, all kinds of stuff, even to the point of the player taking over as the kingpin of skooma trade

That would require a new faction< are we up for that?
