quick question
would this mod be done faster if I were to work on it 8 hours a day 5 days per week?
The hours would be spent working on placement of objects weither it be buildings or stuff. I would also need instruction much like a boss telling me where the buildings go. It would be 8 hours non-stop solid object placement... If this were to happen, and I follow through on the committment above, would this project be done any sooner and if yes than how much sooner? |

That's a lot of time, as long as you're enjoying what it is you're doing, we won't complain, and that would really be helpful, but at the moment we don't have all the parts we need for solid progress in some areas. I might try to start modelling some rocks when I finish learning UV texturing, and if we get other assets like Morrowind-type trees for the mod. We might have enough to start generating the regions, then fine tuning everything.
After that, I suppose it's getting things finished and starting quest building. So yeah, if you are willing to give up so much time for modding, it will be done faster, but not yet in the sense that we don't yet have the right parts. |

The question in my mind is how long someone could keep up such a work schedule, and 1) retain the will to live 2) retain the will to mod 3) retain originality and 4) retain creativity.
I'd fizzle out pretty quickly if i worked that much, and any work i DID would probably be pretty bland and devoid of creativity. Like if i spent 8 hours doing houses, i could probably get at least 4 houses finished. But they wouldn't be unique houses. Slow and steady is really the way to go. Yes, if you were to work 8 hours 5 days a week, it would get done more quickly, but i don't know if it's possible, or if you'd still want to live. Leader of the Morag Tong Hail Mephala

I have no job, as I don't need one thanks to the local lottery
That explains the time on my hands. I am very bored, and because of other circumstances that I aint gonna say, this is my mod-board where I will place my skills at your disposal. I am currently awaiting a brand new pc, and the older one will be donated to a good cause So while I await, I await for answers. You tell me what to place in Vvardenfell X2 and it shall be. |

I ordered the new PC after I had the cash.
It isn't really about luck when it comes to the mod. I just have alot of time on my hands now that I don't work. I need orders for placement of objects. You will get exactly what you ask so there is no need for worrying about uniqness or the possible shortage of objects. |
