Hi guys..sorry about the silence from me recently, had to get a new
motherboard and psu for the computer. The repair shop I left it in took
like 2 weeks to do this! grrr...anyway I'm back up and running now.
raggidman: thanks for the suggestions for track names, I like them!
2Key: Hi. I have the Bosendorfer 290 which I use for piano, or sometimes the piano from my Triton Studio.

It sounds like you have a lot of influence from Vangelis, especially
evident in o2. O3v2 sounds good, beams of light coming in here and
there. Zhenya is masterful. |

The music is awesome. The instrument usage was amazing and the dungeon
music even sent a chill up my spine (abeit was only for a second) Its
just... What can you say it rivals the works of John Williams.

wow those are very good. AAAAnd I must say that I think the dungoen
theme would be perfect for the elsweyr dungoens over at the elsweyr
confederacy like in the ancient burial tombs of elsweyr were mummies
and the undead would reside.

I don't know about the dungeon music being good for Elsweyr. What I
notice about the Elsweyr music it is kinda arabic, the dungeon had an
arabic theme I felt but not enough for it to be put under the Elsweyr
site.

That music is truely amazing, there is too much to put into words
This had convined me to truely support/help this project.
Btw one of you must own the collectors edition of the game as that has
some nice details. The "Great Hunt" ( from memory) would be an amazing
quest for this area.

might work in a city in valenwood.. Tell me what you think its not that
long though, but might work out ?
if you guys want it I will try to expand it, if not ill just leave it as it is
http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=batch_status&batch_id=LHVgozcS4oA=

not even be there... :/... used 10 min on it though and its 6 in the
morning or so here
and I've been up all night so diddent wanted to change it just want to go to bed ;D lol...

It sounds great. But I would say to remove some of the modern touches
to it. Like the (piano? I can't place it), and the pulsing disco type
beat that sometimes comes into it. I would to see what it sounds like
without those.
Great work

what sound system you got running ;D... But on my speakers its allmost
not possible to hear cos of the bass ;D... but I will work on it and
see if I either can replace it with something else (probaly can)
EDIT2: Ehm, so what you are thikning is to get something with only "natural" sounds without any eletronic sounds at all right ? |
Yes, more natural rather than electronic. You can put some stuff in
here and there, like maybe guitars like in some of Solar's work.

Very good pieces. Atmosphere is great.
What did you use to do those pieces anyway?
The best tune here for Valenwood IMHO is Dragonfly.
Regards.

hi there, I read almost all thread, and I think thta all the music
shall be calm and peacefull and the reason why is that if I dont am in
error we will walk through a great forest wile unicorns walk thorugh
you without fear, the battle sounf should not have hard beats, it
should have vocal intruments like the instruments used by the army but
only at the begin then it should have some voices (if you played halo
you would know that it turns a simple shooting game into a monomental
intense game) the voices could be just like gregorian or era.... the
city music should be very peacefull with a big amount of instruments
but this is only my opinion

Actually I really like that drum idea. It makes it sound like battle while still maintaining the feel of the forest.

Hey guys
Hope you all had a great christmas!
Sorry about my absence..again!
Ok I've been concentrating on music again, now that I have plenty of
time on my hands, and have been experimenting with 'battle' music for
this project.
So here's my attempt, I only hope it's not too 'modern' sounding...I
intend to change the french horn part a little yet, and have more of a
build...I did that part in one take without any planning, just to see
if the sound would work over the top, so it's still just a rough idea.

Great job
That seems like good indoor battle music, as for the wilderness, I
think something very up tempo that makes the player confused and
frantic would be good.
