Yeah your idea about stealth is better. But aabout the fighters, it
isn't like Redoran, they're more hunters then warriors. And they're an
old clan, so they absolutly don't work together with the Imperials...
other groups can do that

They're great hunters and fame is made by collecting trophies, they
should live close to eldar grove, where creature lure that no waking

Yeah my first thought was werewolves, but they are sort of claimed by Skyrim....shame really
Names, got some good ones...great site by the way, Thanks!
Ok, so in old irish, AILIL means elf, could use that, some other good ones are
Aine - Radiance
Aisling - Dream
Ardghal - Valour
Caithar - Battle man could make Caithmer
Cian -ancient
So with these as examples a cool name for say the Fightery house could be
Ardghal O Caithmer - or valourous descendants of the battle elf
Wow that sounds cool
Anyway, do we want to go with an old irish theme in the naming of three noble houses?

Hmm, it sounds good, but mix it with some TES, so that it's not completely Irish.

I had some clannames around here from old Clan concept let me find and
I still think the clans will fight a lot since they want to be the
dominate clan they are willing to go pass the green pact to insure they
are number 1.

Yeah, I dont think open warfare is their style, more like competing to
be the first to do something. Plus, when it comes down to it, Bosmer
are more likely to ambush and wipe everything out rather than a
straight up fight...
As for the names, yeah, doesnt have to be irish, just looking for a
cool connecting theme, the names I gave are too irish, but mixed with
some Tamriel names....

Aldmeri Dominion: Ruled by lets say a council of 6 lords and ladies all
Altmer. They enlist Altmer soliders/milita/archers/knights/wizards.
They have constent battles with the Orcs of valenwood plus the Clans.
They are trying to reclaim lost lands of the Aldmeri Dominion. They
don't answer to Summerset or Valenwood government think of them as the
southern estates during the American Civil war. Anymore ideas?

I think it's to much open war, the empire would have beaten them. Open
war doesn't work really well, no TES game has it, not Morrowind nor
Oblivion nor Arena.

Cool idea EB, have to refine it a bit....
Have the council more secret, less open warfare, could be they just
manipulate things so they can eventually get back the old
dominions....leads to a few pitched battles and asassination attempts

Hmm in the south, were the old altmer ruines are, they could have like
3 settlements/castles from which they rule their region, they're maybe
banned form Summerset Isle and they do obey the empire. That's why the
empire isn't doing anything against them.
They could do some assasinations, few small fights with local bosmer to let them shut up, the small stuff.

Rump of the Altmeri Dominion
Are they trying to expand or desperately hanging on? These Altmer? Maybe in their camp there are divided opinions on this.
The Imago will 'worship' and imitate the Altmeri, but there are likely
Bosmer who believe that they have title to the lands that the Altmer
currnetly occupy, and Bosmer who just want to let be.
Agreed that open war would be too much to contemplate at this stage, but skirmishing - raids ... now that is a Bosmer game ...
Were Beasties? Over there.
We might like to start naming creatures in the Just Creatures Threads
even before we have the Art, and out of that we may come up with some
fun beasties to hunt and be hunted by.

I think there indeed groups of Bosmer taht think they free now, after
50 years of service. I think the Altmer lords and ladies use assasins
to kill rebelleaders, small fight to kill the moral of the bosmer etc.
THey might even use the assasinguild(the anti Khajiit ones)
MQ - Bosmer guy is hopeless in love with a bosmer female but well you know how the ladies think of bosmer men
You got to help him out, he gives you his family heirloom, shortblade I think would fit.

I think we need to suss out the dominion a bit more - it definitley
still exists right? I reckon most of the navy will be controlled by the
A.D so there will be coastal structures still present etc.
The Dominion was the closest thing that the Bosmer had to a government
right? I think there would be some Bosmer (probably the nobles wanting
to keep their place in the hierarchy) who support it and would have it
attain more power. This is all if I understand the current climate
correctly

Bosmer sometimes got one leader/king/president, he's supposed to be his
people. WHen hteir small, so is he, when there female so is he. I don't
know exactly how that works. And about the AD, it's over. It was for 50
years, but since those have passed I figure they Altmer, at least some,
try to keep control.

You are talking about the Silvenar, he is not a King or anything, he is
still alive, and represents the Bosmer people, like you just said Morm.

The A.D is definitley over then? the Thalmor (Thalnor?) government disbanded etc?
If thats the case, I'm sure after 50 years there would be remnants left
over anyway particularly with the long lives and memories of Altmer.

When the imperial invaded VW the bosmer asked the Altmer for aid, the
pirce was 50 years of service. As far as I know the invasion was like
100 years ago. But sure there are people that still remember those
days. WEll we do got 6 Altmer lords and ladies that still try to keep
the AD in tact.

This is not in the lore I just made it up but a good guild would be some sort of zealots who enforce the green pact.

We do got 3 very strict tribes, but the Bosmer don't care for such an
organisation, they love to be free, they miss the dedication to
substain such an organisation.

No both of you got it wrong (no worries though). It does not sound like
an Imperial thing, but VERY much like a Bosmer thing, these GP loving
Zealots are a great idea and something I've been contemplating myself.
Bosmer do like to be free, which is why they like the out doors, but
the GP is a strict rule they would not dare disobey, and this guild
could be there to enforce it
