Quote:Originally posted by A_flyboyIt looks too cartoony for my taste... and the graphics are getting old. I suppose they were fine for an MMORPG when it came out, but free MMOs like Guild Wars and Rappelz now have better graphics than WoW.
When the game is over, the King and the Pawn go back into the same box.

Quote:Originally posted by A_flyboyIt's 1.7 GB, not that big for what it offers if you ask me... and it's still under development in a way since new things are added weekly. It beats the crap out of all free MMOs and I find many aspects of Rappelz to be more appealing than their counterparts in WoW. How did this get so off topic?! ![]()

PVK2 is a good excuse to spend time on, I mean a game with pirates, vikings and knights! and meat, and weapons and fighting, this is 100% the most awsome game ever, although some ninjas would have been cool

Lolz, I'm not gonna sell my soul to blizzard yet (no, go away blizzard, I'll sign the contract later) No one can be obsessed so far over WoW as I am over Oblivion, so since my obsession of Oblivion is the dominant obsession, I'm gonna stay with you guys. Modding can just get old sometimes really fast, and before you know it ti takes up so much time you never actually get to play the games anymore. So, rather stay and play oblivion and deal with the glitches and be forced to live with my unfinished work, I'm gonna play WoW with my friends a bit.
Although, you may lose me again in two days when Burning Crusade is released, although I didn't preorder so I probably won't be able to get my hands on a copy for a month or so. Blood Elves rule. And, have any of you who play WoW click on the cinematics button in the login? When are videogames gonna look like that? TESX? That would totally rock. Below is a picture of the Night Elf in the cinematic, which is my second, but as of Tuesday third favorite race (it goes in this order, currently, 1 Tauren, 2 Night Elf, 3 Human, but Tuesday it's, 1 Blood Elf, 2 Tauren, 3 Night Elf) Sure WoW is a bit cartoonish looking, but the gameplay is what keeps them coming back. Oblivion's graphics are what keeps it's players coming back, but it's main setback is how small it really is. When they say an army of Daedra comes through a gate you only see 5-10 of them, and 10 would lag you down so much. The Battle of Bruma was nothing more than a mere skirmish. Every game has it's setbacks. You all say GW is good graphics wise, which it is, but have you all tried to have fun with it after you beat the storyline? It gets boring reeeeeaaaaal fast. And now I wonder, why hasn't anyone started a WoW project for Oblivion yet? That just seems like something bound to happen. I can bet though we'll see a Blood Elf thing coming up soon. .....Why are no games truly epic? I want to see apocalyptical, totally real looking, huge, dramatic, and epic games. So far, nothing has cut it. At the end of Morrowind, you get to see Dagoth Ur fall of a bridge, whooptie-doo, and in Oblivion you only get to watch a battle between gods but you can do nothing, just sit there. I suppose I could always wait 10 years though.....
Lol what?
