Since I worked very hard on this mod, I think I would prefer that it wasn't changed from it's original form. Perfect or not, it's just how I like it. You did ask if it could be copied which was fine with me. I really don't like the idea of changing my NPC's. Those are two of the characters I play in Morrowind and with all my fortifications, my characters really are that tough.
No hard feelings on my part. |

Sorry for the late reply, Thinalphiel. Work kept my mind focused on other things, and replying to your post in this thread slipped my mind for a while.
I can be a bit, hmm, drastic and chaotic at times... but I sincerely hope my head is usually screwed on the right way. I've noticed I have a tendency to skip a few steps here and there, which isn't always good thing. It can get the job done fast, but sometimes in a bad way. I'll have to work on my patience, I think, and in hindsight I should have started with a private PM and nothing else. My big mistake was the misconception I had about your store, which I initially interpreted as being mostly a placeholder for your clothes - a way to make them available to the player, so to speak. A lot of modders do that - create a shop that sells their weapon, or just drops it in the inventory of a merchant already in the game. Going on that misconception I figured (wrongly, as it turned out) that the store itself wasn't that important to you, it was the clothes that were. And going my hunch that you hadn't used the TESCS all that much, I figured it might be a good idea to add things that I know a lot of modders in general overlook, like pathgrids. You'd be surprised how many interiors in Silgrad Tower lacks pathgrids too, and many modders never learn how to use them. And, insulting as it may be, in some way I thought that the edit could serve as a sort of example of how to do those things. So, that was the way I viewed it when I started doing the edit. If I've offended you I'm really and truly sorry. I hope that my withdrawal of the edit from Silgrad Tower after your decision not to include it can in some way diminish your negative opinion of me. In either case I think the experience made me one notch wiser. Only age and experience does that, and I have plenty of notches left to fill. Really. I insist. Pay no attention to the receeding hairline!

My pet peeve: huge images in img code. I reserve the right to make any such image into a clickeable thumbnail whenever I see it. Angel mired in filth |
