Assassin/Ninja quests

Bethesda did not drop many real world names, so why should we?

Players will expect the word "ninja" it would be a strange if we used another word for it.
But, we could do it if i think that we have to use another word for some reason.

I disagree. Removing ninja would add to the "different" factor that Akavir has and which we all love.

If Bethedsda did not drop a word like: "knight" (just one of a HUGE list of examples) then we should not drop the word ninja, or samurai, or katana, etc.

Bethesda did not come up with a completely alien game world, i want to see things and names that are familiar to me.
Morrowind was very alien, and i did not really like it that way...i won't let that happen to Knifeblossom.
It should be very japanese, it's the only way we can have japanese things in Nirn.
All the other places in Akavir will be more then alien enough already.

Ninja will be called ninja, and that is my final decision about this :check:

I don't like the idea of the same words being used either, but you do have a point. :yes:

So what's determined regardin this faction for now?

Well, it's determined that it will be located in Knifeblossom (the human empire left overs).
And they will have an enemy ninja group in Tsaesci, the names for the two groups have been decided.
I think that only the Knifblossom group will be joinable, but if Tsaesci ninja prove to be popular, then they will be joinable too (the player must choose between the two factions, the player can not join both groups).
We will use the word ninja
Other then that, nothing has been set in stone yet, we need some more ideas.
