i cannot see the source now, so will this cause any problems with finding the resources needed for the mods and claims?

Quote:Originally posted by InsanitySorrow No, not at all =) Modders will always have access to the assets they need to complete their work. The protected models in the public version share the exact same collision as the full models in the private version, so there's nothing to hinder modders from completing claims in Soluthis (and eventually in Silgrad Tower). Likewise there's no difference in physics, so modders using the public version can fill bowls with kwama eggs as easily as modders using the private version. However the public version will usually not have assets that aren't currently in use in the game world. This is true of the Hlaalu models and textures for instance, and perhaps the shack models as well (following IATE's kind tip). It's as much to save download time as it is to protect those models without having to create low-res versions just yet.

My pet peeve: huge images in img code. I reserve the right to make any such image into a clickeable thumbnail whenever I see it. Angel mired in filth |

I really don't want to download the new ST if it has bad meshes. I want the good meshes. And whichever one of these boards the source is, I want to see it sometime.

Actualy, now I'm pretty sure none of those are the source. Am I allowed to just replace the crap ones with the old better ones in my Data?
Lol what?

I honestly wouldn't see a problem with that, this as far as i can tell only effects public releases and aslong as you don't release whats in your data folder then this should not matter. Though i wanna know why i also have no access to the threads.

I should already be at modder status with Ebbedin, right? Same with Insanity.
Has the source not been finished with the blocking off certain members thing yet? I found a link to it in a thread and it says denied.
Lol what?

I'd hate to bee a pain, but I need some privateRedoran meshes/textures the way things are at the present, I really can't see what I'm doing, everything looks very........ blocky and textureless.
The rider in black is always watching......
