Weird. I'm not getting errors anymore, but I see no beards (e.g tried on StIdNordBeard03Dark). Just standard heads. ?(

You're using the ESM, right?
The ESP shouldn't be active if you're using the current version of the ESM. The ESP was just for testing until it was merged. Other than that, check to make sure the beard meshes are installed. What is the directory of your Beard01.nif? |

That's the thing, I don't think I have the meshes. Were they included with the in public esm/assets or are they private? I've downloaded the ST v2.5, and the latest esm from the Source, and that's it.

For some unknown reason I failed to include the beard meshes in any public update before the release of Silgrad Tower v2.5. They were in the private updates however. So I fixed that in the first asset update after 2.5... except this time I forgot to re-add it to the private asset updates :dunce:
I'll add it to the next update. In the meantime please extract this archive to your Data folder to fix the problem.

Well they're working fine now :yes:. I made a Dunmer for a quest in Sol 1301, he looks a lot creepier and less generic now. Great beards btw. It's great to have more variation. :goodjob:
