I'd probably say my top three were
1.Ironman (Robert Downey Jr. is a great actor, I'm glad he's doing movies again) 2.Batman(This would've benn 1st if it wasn't so dang creepy! I kept thinking about the fact that I was watching a dead guy) 3. Hancock (it was a lot of fun) woops I forgot to mention wall-e, it was good

Personally I think the "21" is the best so far (it came to theathres some time ago in Finland, I'm not sure when it came to other countries) , I haven't seen Iron Man yet, maybe I should.

I can't really say anything - I've only seen Narnia and Dark Knight this year .
The Nord pointed his finger at the building on the hill, and said: "That is the Emerald Hall, the Palace of Ysgramor."

Speaking of The Dark Knight, did anyone else get the impression they recut the movie following Heath Ledger's death so that the Joker gets a more prominent role? I got that impression after I watched it, at times it felt like Batman was a supporting role. I wouldn't be surprised if they release a very different "Director's Cut" dvd later on where we get to follow the movie's true story, i.e. focusing on Batman. I'm not saying I want them to do that, fact is I probably wouldn't watch it if they did, I just think they will. Having said that I thought Ledger did a terrific job and his performance was definitely the key ingredient in making the movie watchable.
Batman was pretty stupid though, felt like the mask made Bale sound like he had a cold. And yeah... you don't sound very threatening when you sound like you have a cold. "Freeze Joker, or I'll sneeze on you."

Not seen The Dark Knight yet. Been meaning to, so I guess the praise I've seen here might convince me to see it soon.
I saw both 'Get Smart' and 'Tropic Thunder' recently, both hilarious movies, well worth seeing. |

I think the Dark Knight was the best movie of 2008.
R.I.P Heath Ledger. |
