Seems like there is interest. We have to recognise that everyone gets a bit jaded and needs to take a break now and then, so a structure using the positives we have available should be in place to deal with that.
Maybe that is one of the important things that BC can do - offer people the opportunity to swop their roles as needed. I am rather getting into this shared leadership idea myself. It does bring new challenges - and takes time, but it also allows flexibility and more people can therefore act in an empowered manner.

Hibernating in the archive isn't an option so I went ahead and moved Black Marsh back to active forum status. I doubt it's activity level would come in question for a long time to come.
Personally it feels like "the matter is settled" so to speak, i.e. Black Marsh is an active team. Originally my own view of the situation was that Tlo1048 was the last guy in the team and had decided to turn off the lights (so to speak). But then The Grey Wizard and a few others who considered themselves members posted, and finally in light of Tlo1048's post above it turned out the archiving was all a misunderstanding. So in hindsight it seems obvious there are people who care enough about Black Marsh to want to continue working on it and that's not a characteristic of an inactive team, but that wasn't clear from the beginning, at least not to me. Well, if nothing else then this incident got us to talk about Black Marsh again and like some say, all PR is good PR. I wouldn't be surprised if this thread stirred up interest in working on Black Marsh in a few of it's readers.

My pet peeve: huge images in img code. I reserve the right to make any such image into a clickeable thumbnail whenever I see it. Angel mired in filth |
