Concept Artistry Skills Offered
Right, I have been a professional pencil artist for many years and would love to combine these skills with my knowledge and love of TES and similar fantasy realms. So, any modellers require a concept artist let me know.
I would work like this... you say roughly what you want, I research it on-line if required, I do quick sketches and send to you/post on here. You criticise and comment I adapt to suit Final sketches in high detail can be made for completion of the mods. Repeat final 2 steps until satisfied then i would do a few detailed drawings of the final idea. I am traditionally a realism black&white pencil artist and specialist in animals. Here are a few samples... Got many many more but on CD somewhere as 90% of my drawing have been sold or were commissions. BUT for my GCSE work at school I used to do buildings, canals, things like that. I hate drawing people but other than that any creature, building, item, shrine, gate, weapon, armour etc. If one of the 'senior' forum members could just test my skills with 1 or 2 requests and i will draw some sketches up. Look forward to working with you all.

V.fast and much appreciated.
To be honest, the Elephant took longest but due to sheer size as the beastie itself was about 30"wide 20" high. but the wolf for example took about 3-4 hours over 2-3 days. I did a design job for a kit car company so have other experience. And also do 3d designs for our own house to be as emigrating later this year. (Retiring to be a fiction writer. concept artist, wildlife photographer/videographer on Borneo) So, someone challenge me with something. just something that is relevant to test my skills! Drawing is one thing, imagination is another! and cheers BusterWolF :goodjob:

I have one! Would you be able to draw a Redoran palace? =)
The background is that there's a huge Redoran palace in Soluthis. I spent about twelve hours a day for six weeks creating the interior models and after that mammoth task I was sorely drained of modelling energy hehe so I didn't have much to spare in creating the exterior of the palace. In short, it looks really bad and blocky and nothing like I had hoped it would. Add to that that I can't keep an idea in my head long enough to model it, and I can't draw as much as a straight line... but model, that I can do, and I think it could turn out really great if I had a solid concept to work off of. The floorplan is sortof a big round building to the left, and a big rectangular building to the right. The rectangular building is very rigid because it's open, so to speak. The player can walk inside the building and see the sky above him, so it would feel weird if the exterior didn't match the interior closely in that sense. But I can tag the right building onto an existing design without much problem, so you wouldn't have to worry about that. So, the only thing I'd really like the design to take into account is that it has a steep edge on the right-hand side. This is for suspension of disbelief because the player is able to walk from the main structure into the rigid right structure, so he has to be able to see the exterior structure and imagine that he walked from the main structure into the rigid right structure. Not sure if my description makes much sense But perhaps you could do a really quick sketch and I could give feedback on that?
