What you are seeing is the Nifskope background that is light grey, because the inside of the head is invisible and shows that background. Koniption
Yeah, don't let those little turds get you down. Dingleberries stick for a while, but eventually they fall off.

A happy accident then...nevertheless, the dull-eyed effect is quite appealing. It's a little similar to Helborne's Argonian zombies.

I made the Naga hood helmet, and have reweighted some of the vertices in the male's tail mesh, so the tail is less squished when animating in certain poses:
http://img534.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=na...etback.jpg I still need to reweight the female's tail, cause she has the same squishing going on. I also have not exported the hood helmet yet., nor the male's tweaked tail mesh. I have already skinned and weighted the hood helmet, though. I know the texture on the helmet looks sharper than the rest of texture on naga's body, but I think using a lower res texture of the scales for the hood helmet will help fix the discrepancy. Barring the issues you mentioned, that looks so much better than what I expected. Having these models in really develops the Argonian myths and offers plenty of quest potential.

Quote:Originally posted by Deeza Thanks! *drum roll* The Naga race is pretty much done. I've sent the files and esp to Ibsen. I could not figure out Dialogue and how it works, so I couldn't test the Naga's tweaked fanged upper teeth and tongue to see how they work while the mouth animates as they speak. I asked Ibsen to do that, if he know how to work Dialogue. Also, I did not darken the scales. I thought the race looked ok as is. I will darken the scales, though, if it's really desired. I kind of just wanted to call the race finished, if you know what I mean. Koniption

Sounds good. I look forward to seeing it in game. Now we just need to make some Naga raider camps using those huts you made...
