Dumac - Correspondance Between Dumac and Dagoth

I actually like this, with the inclusion of the points mentioned above, this would work nicely in-game.

Voryn Dagoth and Dumac developed a sort of respect and alliance, but Great House Dagoth's true loyalty is with their own race, as is Dumac's to Dwemer.

Sounds reasonable to me

Dwemer were Dwemer, Chimer were Chimer... when the Chimer migrated to Morrowind, Dwemer were already well settled and entranched. Chimer, when they went into what's now Morrowind were a nomadic barbarian race in the eyes of the Dwemer. Many later settled, but at the time of the War of the First Council, the nomadic Chimer and the House-folk were equal in strength (meaning old 'Ashlander' nomads were large and powerful clans and House-folk were in smaller groups and less a common occasion).

Vvardenfell was the main kingdom of the Dwemer... he ruled Dwemer in all other places especially the Velothi Mts., but I think Vvardenfell is the proper name for the great union of clannish Freeholds he united into this Kingdom

When put into that context then Yes it is correct .
