I believe AB had a problem with downloading the BSA files earlier but I uploaded the files to a different server and, although slow to download, it's available by other means. If you can't get hold of the BSA by the link I sent via PM then let me know and I'll send this other link.
Yes, we do use OBSE. And actually, the Guard attacking you at Gideon might well be a bug. The problem is that the original designer of Gideon was Tlo1048 but he only set up some of the very basic outlines such as placing the houses. He also created a few NPCs too (the Guards) but they may not respond as intended since I'm not sure what Tlo1048's intentions with them were.

Yes, we use OBSE v20.
Keep in mind, that newer versions of OBSE come out every now and then. So it's always best to use the newer version, when it comes out, since the newer versions add more scripting ability, and are backwards compatible with mods made using older versions. OBSE site for download and documentation: http://obse.silverlock.org/ Koniption EDIT: we really need to post up what our mod is dependent on. I can't find a thread in The Sticky Guar, where is mentions one needing to use OBSE v20. ---------------------- What our mod is dependent on: *OBSE (latest version) *Shivering Isles *BetterMusicSystem mod (we're not literally dependent on it, but Xae's music will be in order for players to not have to swap out their folder music with ours, manually EDIT#2: I added the stuff in "Edit#1", here: New Modders Start Here
Yeah, don't let those little turds get you down. Dingleberries stick for a while, but eventually they fall off.

I downloaded OBSE and it still doesnt work yet Im very sad........ also my sister is a good writer, and a gamer, and she has been asking about the project for days, it was so annoying that I said that she should stop bugging me and if she wanted to know more just join up, and well, she sais she will, and she will be interested in doing literature I guess, but thats up to her to decide. She will probably join soon enough.
So yeah I'm 13 and small for my age, at least that will make me a decent Dwarf

If it's literature she's interested in, tell her to shoot me a PM. I'm sort of in charge of that side of the project, so I can let her know what stuff still needs doing.

Deeza last night I was about to send you the file but before I did I saw that some areas of vanilla oblivion where "modded". I tried to clean the file last night and gecko isn't working on my pc right now.
I really wish I knew why this keeps happening. Does this happen to anyone else?
many great mods started and ended with the question "I wounder what the sewer tileset is like".

What exactly is the issue you're having with Gecko?

Oh... well it isn't loading the file. It will get to 80% and give me some error that it can't find some file. I'm sure thats because I haven't updated java or maybe even installed it yet. That isn't what I ment.
I was wounder if anyone else had the problem where areas of the game you haven't touched somehow show up as if you had added or moved something in it. It seems to happen alot.

Yes. They're called dirty edits and it happens a lot. We actually recommend you use TES4Edit for cleaning and not Gecko.
The CSE (Construction Set Extender) cuts down on dirty edits rather dramatically as well.

Quote:Originally posted by Asmar I've not used Gecko yet. I still use Tes4Edit, to remove dirty edits, and it works just fine for me. KP EDIT: ninja'd by Andalaybay!
