Great idea!
Just don't make him give them to the player. They must be earned...

I have an idea.... maybe it can start out as some miner passing by the Velothi home heard loud banging within and ran to a guard.... the guards JUST SO HAPPEN to see you and then you get to go in...
maybe you need to help Baladas deactivate a centurion he activated but doesn't want to break and so it is hard for him to disable it... or his pet Daedroth is a bit grumpy.... and since you help him out... it begins a friendship! |

Off course.
I was wandering, can he summon a Twilight?

Frankly, we can script spells to summon anything we want..... in Morrowind you can summon twilights already.
As for Baladas, I think that he might be interested in tinkering with things more complex (and dangerous) than an old Dwemer centurion.... after all, he has a bit of an ego to feed... Ben
So what happened to the Dwemer?

if anything they made a lot of the people too weak.... if you spend like a game year playing... by then people will have gained experience right? seriously, some of the people need to be more powerful...
there were lv.3 bandits out there, and most people are like lv.5-7.... what are those bandits gonna do huh? get killed? if anything a lot of these people, living rough lives or lives of careful training or contemplation should be a bit higher level (obviously some random pauper isn't gonna be strong) plus, as of right now, the plan is to have people be able to go to Morrowind after saving Cyrodiil |
