Or maybe you could do that on like the 26th of Last Seed (which is the farthest away from your first day as possible) a huge army of Naga tries to attack a certain city, and they do it every year again, I suggest Stormhold since its near the border, or maybe Blackrose.
So yeah I'm 13 and small for my age, at least that will make me a decent Dwarf

Yes, those two would be the best. I think Blackrose would work quite well, tbh. It could be worth bearing in mind for a future quest.

It could be in the main quest, maybe, for what I understand the main quest has to do with the Naga, maybe the leader of the Naga has been captured in Blackrose (which is ideal since the city is mostly a notorious prison) and the Naga are trying to rescue him, it could be like the battle for Bruma of BM.
So yeah I'm 13 and small for my age, at least that will make me a decent Dwarf

Well, we do sort of have a focus on the 'Hist races' in the MQ so that may come to fruition. Basically, there are storylines focusing on the Paatru, Sarpa, Argonians and Naga respectively.

Good to know, I also made some progress on Greenspring and will explain it in detail on the Greenspring page.

Sounds like a Naga Raid on a minor settlement could be a potential Fighter's Guild quest (one of the high-end missions, I reckon).
