For the next time.
If you start with a basement etc. Make sure the snap to grid is selected (32). To avoid errors drop the first piece into the render window. Double click on it. Set the X,Y,Z to 0,0,0. Or double click on it and check the X,Y,Z (look at the screenshot). For these pieces the X,Y,Z increment by steps of 256. The X,Y,Z data have to be integer numbers (256,512,768 etc.). If you see for example 256,123 for X, you know it didn't snap to the grid. I corrected the allignment (snapped the pieces to the grid) of the basement (Steadhelm13Basement) and added two Ungrdpost (snap to grid 8) to finalize the layout. You can enter the library room without a problem. I also cleaned the file. Please find attached the file.

Sandor, he can actualy just go to file>preferances and set the snap to grid relative to that object.

Thanx Sandor! Although I really don't get what snapgrid is, with a little finding-it-out-while-doing-it I'll use your advise for the next claim with a basement!
So now this Mages Guild only needs about 4 NPC schedules(there are currently 2 NPC's located within the Mages Guild, 2 should be added), and the question of Vanco Valean, who is stationed at his mansion.
