I just tend to think that it's easier to mod the borders if they're done consecutively.

Fair enough, that sounds like as good a reason as any. So what remains to be done with Murkwood? Anything I can help with? I now have a very fast computer so I could easily do the number crunching if that would be of any use.

I wasn't happy with the range of trees at my disposal. I have a lot of them that are suitable as additional trees but the main trees need to be pretty special. I believe we have morcroft working on a particularly scary tree at the moment. Once that's done, I should have everything I need to go ahead and get the region generated. I'll send a PM to morcroft and see how he's getting on with it.

I think its going to require Koniptions talents as well as mine to get the scariness factor high enough! I'm working on branches and leaves as a Speedtree, then I think we'll need KP to add a suitably nightmarish static nif for the trunk. I tried that part but just don't seem to be able to static model trees. The two will need to be matched up in the CS.
