As I already mentioned in another thread it have been a while since I last visited this site.. Anyway.
I haven't really found out any "real" information on what is right and what is wrong but my ideas and the ideas from some other ppl on the official forum is that If you pay your taxes and is a registered citizen you will recieve benefits that a unregistered immigrant would not get. Like medical attention for instance. This is what I think, and maybe we should put this in another thread and see what the other guys thinks about this. Anyway, The Firemoth castle which already have been mentioned in a separate thread would fit in pretty good with my plans for Seyda Neen. And again sorry for the long period I haven't been here.. but I had do some other problems in my life which I had to take care of first. But now I'm back and I hope I can be here a lot more than before and share my ideas and help you guys. *EDIT, some minor spelling. Plans for Seyda Neen and Firemoth ( If we build it ) As Seyda Neen will be a lot bigger now, there will be more people living in the town/village. But something strange have happened and at the local graveyard outside Seyda Neen, yeah Seyda Neen will have a graveyard now =), something strange is happening. The guards are getting reports from the people who lives in Seyda Neen of walking corpses, not like corprus beasts but the undead, and the people is pretty afraid. The main quest for Seyda Neen will be to find out what is causing these undeads to rise from their graves and it's here where Firemoth will fit in. Firemoth will be crawling with undeads and necromancers who have claimed the castle as their own. Here they raise legions of undead, if not stopped they will raise an army capable of destroying Seyda Neen and the surrounding towns like Pelagiad, Hla Oad and maybe even Balmora. Please tell me if this sounds a little to epic, if so we can always make it a little less undeads who might only be able to destroy Seyda Neen. If we are not going to include Firemoth I have some other ideas but they are not ready to be posted here yet.

I always thought that Undead were midless and just stupid. So how could they claim castles for themselves? If they had Liches, perhaps but still.....

I thought Necromancy was banned in Morrowind. Anyway, they were rare enough in Morrowind as it is.

It is banned, but that would be the reason for them to be in hiding.

Yep, And the castle of Firemoth would be ideal for this. If not there will probably be a hidden sanctuary hidden deep beneath the graveyard. And Fargoth is not dead so he will not be buried at the graveyard .
And about the Liches, they were once powerful mages who wanted to become liches as there is much power to gain so they went trhough a painful and scary ritual involving thing we can't even imagine. Even if they have become liches they still have a little humanity left and they often have great wisdom so liches alone CAN raise dead and lead a full-scale assault on Seyda Neen and Pelagiad if they want. Anyway, Where there are liches there will always be necromancers to worship them. And maybe the necromancers have raised the lich the nerevarine kills in the Firemoth plugin...

i doubt it, but that would be hilarious
and yeah, i do think that firemouth (if it's included) should be a necromancers den, i mean we could make it an imperial fort again, but remember, kukluza wants every part of this mod to be deep and exciting, theres always something significant goign on...
