In most of the interiors, just replace or delete some of the vanilla stuff.
You don't have to replace ingredients within bowls/baskets (it saves time).

EDIT
Two to three items per interior.

After that I think this claim will be finished.
I'll review every changed interior and fix the smaller problems myself (if any).

Would you be willing to update SHC50 and SHC53 (dialogue, AI and pathgrid) as well?

If so, the city of Steadhelm will be finished for our v3.0 release!
