I'm afraid I don't have screenshots. Suffice to say that it's very 'orrible and, if it works, then it lives off mucous in the guts of dead rootworms. =)

An anonymous 'orrible critter...and I don't even know what it is. Intriguing.
If worse comes to worse, I can export the hawkman as a nif, but it seems that The Modax Jago is gonna make a skeleton and animate it: Garuda race... Koniption

Well I gave it a go using those settings, not tested in-game but the birdman looks quite sweet in nifskope
Here is the .nif file, Birdman I will post a couple of screens for those who have not seen it, once I get the textures converted into .dds, since nifskope does not like anything else for some reason. Edit: Pic 01 Not sure why the converted textures wont show up on the model, either i have missed something during the conversion or have yet to do something in the .nif.

Try using the nif and textures here: http://files.filefront.com/HawkmanNif+4I...einfo.html These work ok on my computer. I had to resize a texture to vanilla dds scaling, and saved them all as dds format. I made quick normal maps for the textures too. Koniption

It works for me. Try going to youtube and typing in 'Silgrad Tower Garuda Race' in the search bar. Btw, would you like to introduce yourself, Vulture? Are you interested in modding or just passing through?
