The idea is imaginative and creative. To say it is "not within known ES lore" would be much more acceptable than to call it "Lore Rape" no dis-respect intended.

This is the first time I have read what Sanpictures' ideas are for what the 4th age is. I agree it is not within known lore, but not everything is known.

1) Lore is what you make it
2) Will the players enjoy playing the quest

Thats the first thing we need to consider, this is a review section to determine weather or not the quest idea is (for lack of a better word) "acceptable" to be used in Silgrad Tower

Secondly

I only ask that no matter what Idea is being diuscussed that any responses, comments, suggestions made be respectful and on subject

I think this is self-explanitory, were not here to put down anyones ideas, but to help make them a reality, even if that means changing it around to make it fit into ES lore, within some reasonable aspect

In the case of the "4th age" I can see we need to wiegh the aspects of adding a new race to our game a race that is not within known lore.

All that said, since we are discussing it I will move this into WIP so then we can discuss possible ways to fit this into our mod.

And my first suggestion, pick a creation theory and lets just say (for example) this race was caught up in all the chaos and never made it to Nirn. And we can go from their
