Importing models into Oblivion is more then possible, its fairly simple. The problem is animations. Getting that fairy in Oblivion as a static object is a 30 second Job, Getting it in as a moving creature is not currently possible.
Im a resident at Lady E's forums and I know she would give the models over if she still had the source files. =)
