Yes I am worried his mod will never finish, too little communication with his team, you can ask IAMTHEEMPORER about that one.

Lots of people have exams right now so I guess that could be it, mine are in two weeks
Two horrible weeks but once they are over I will have time to mod at
FULL SPEED. I think I may even help you guys out a tad, it is only fair
that way, cause I think if I am asking to use something of yours I must
in return help you guys, I could make a tropic Island or forest for
your mod, I am quite good at forests.

Sweet! Are you in game design? Once I graduate I want to go into that field too.
Also do you reccomend a certain school? I heard about Full Sail and some others...

Here in the Netherlands I recommand HKU, faculty Media Art and
Technology. They got a great background of interaction design. Even if
you're foreign it's a good university

A tad far though, I'm a momma's boy at heart
I think I may try Full Sail, but that is 3 years from now so I got some
time to decide obviously, it's just nice to hear a person training in
the industry, I hope to train in too

My dad is an engineer, not sure what type your talking about though. I
would like to be a Level Designer eventualy I would prefer the title
Lead Level Designer eventually, and once I learn how to code, I can be
a Developer.

aren't there different types? PLus my dad isn't an engineer anymore, he
just got a degree in it.

Cool
Also back on topic where is everybody?
It is enjoyful talking though. Also how do you feel about this retex
It uses the Bliss City from SI textures and Skingrad meshes, I will do
more later. I restarted Port Tinash though because I really want this
to be one, and if not, of the coolest cities in oblivion. I do have
high hopes but I really think with the plan I have for the city it
could be awesome, it is slowly inclining up a mountain, I want it to
greatly resemble Port Royal from P of the C, but a tad more populized
and more medieval urban.

Yeah go and do like I did, go into nifscope and then just apply various
default oblivion textures, like apply anvil textures to a Chorrol home
or vice versa, you will be suprised at the difference in the look. Also
draw up a plan then post it, I will give my opinion. For the port to
help brainstorm I ask does it take place in Valenwood or on these
islands? Is the island mountainous? Is the Island very dense with
foliage and have shallow shores? Does the place have a certain feel? I
could do an interior or two for you, I havent done one in a week or
so...

Yer I did!! I havn't abandoned the mod, i'm still doing it. Large trees
then clutter on the large island is what is left to do. I'm been so
busy lately though and not had time for games or modding etc. Just did
a bit now which prompted me to come and have a look back here.
Shame FLESH has left!

Ocean mod. It's a mod that should add a region of tropical islands with pirates.

Thanks. No I didn't model the houses, they were made by Brillo for a
Morrowind mod, Razorwing converted them. I really cant model anything
complicated at all, texturing is what i'm best at.

Nice!! I didn't know that, dowloaded and trying now. Its not like the
islands are taxing on a system anyway. I have only got 512mb of RAM (my
1gb XMS2 died - Life time warranty though
) and I get no lag on the islands with everything maxed out. I do though in the normal game.
KE - glad you like, if you have any free time could you do a interior for me
DA - No prob glad I could help.
