I will look into the head problem, it looks as though there were holes in the mesh to start with...
Maybe I'll just get rid of the tail, as frogs have barely got em anyway. I think the mouth can be fixed with the conformulator. The fat body (called paatruupperbody.nif) needs to be added to the CS as a cuirass so it can be worn to replace the normal human body. Looks like i may have overdone the normal map on the head also, I'll fix that Edd

The skin needs to match the dappled, ruckled effect of the head as well. I say put a fin or something in there on the head where there's a hole.

So it's the model itself then...?

If you're using the .egm file that came with the head then it may well be pulling the mesh outwards, so unwelded verts would be pulled apart, leaving the hole. I'll check the mesh and report back here. Edit: Aha! Exactly as I guessed. You have unwelded vertices running down the centre of the head, so the .egm file is pulling the apart. Just select the mentioned vertices and weld selected with a threashold of 0.1. That should sort it, though you might have to re-do the rigging (copy/pasting the modfier might work), and you may have to re-create the .egm and .tri file by running it through the conformulator. |

i actually went with the original argonian .egm and .tri files... maybe I was jsut being unintentionally dense, but the conformulator did not seem to have an option for generating .egm and .tri files for heads? Do i put the argonian head as the head file and paatru head as the "hair" file?
Edd edit: this is bizarre, i can't find the unwelded vertices in blender at all....
