Well... the plate levitation isn't perfect. You have to jump to move upward, and you can't freely move downward. And it makes you descend downward slowly. (That could be fixed if we have script commands to figure out which way the player is rotated and how far up/down he is looking.) You could make it into a slowfall effect.

it makes you descend slowly? Could make that the only effect and have slow fall

a jump with slowfall seems like our best bet... and not like a huge jump nor an extremely fast one either..

would this jump mess up the whole walled city concept..or only be available to use in the towers?

It could be an enchantment effect, so it could be big if you enchanted it.
Walled cities are fine and won't be messed up as long as they're not in their own worldspace like Oblivions towns! (Kukulza changed his avatar again :alert: :alert: :alert: ) |

Vvardenfell walls were never that big except for the Imperial forst which looked better than Oblivions walls, and actually had archers on them.

but so if the player goes from vvardenfell to cyrodil, his jump abilty is lost, so that he cant jump over oblivions wallls?
