have selectivly placed transportaion venues in the desert, one should be able to navigate there home land

Well, we were talking about those rings with teh special dugneons, maybe at the end of the main quest dungeons, you get to activate a teleporter to some sacred temple, and they thn serve as waypoints in the desert.

Quicksand teleportation!
Maybe there are magic whirlpools in the sand that teleport you to another somewhere else in the desert! |

black whole theroy, yea that would be intresting, how about since they would have to be activated that there are certain ones that are hiden, like the old fort teleportaition in mw

ok yea i wasnt thinking when i was typeing, but yea that was my idea, althogh i ment out in the middle of nowear that makes more sence to activate in the ruin, say like the first time you dont know what a certain switch does but then after activating it the first time the hero understands what the switch is for in each ruin.

This basically is no different from fast travel, I think we should stick with what Morrowind was like, and no extra money to skip scenery for sitting through the scenic landscape, why not just make the cart or whatever moderatley fast?
