This is the team (as of Jan 2008). Not all members are required to do only their chosen position, and anyone is free to work in other areas of modding and creating the mod. For example, the Quests and Lore leader is more than welcome to claim and mod in the contruction set, or offer their voice in the voice acting section.

Remember: If you are intending to claim interiors/exteriors and work with the CS always remember to claim, and use your modders abbreviation.

I don't know about decline - it does seem that while there is not so much discussion lately, concrete progress has been made.

Sometimes what it takes is for those who have the relevant skills to just buckle down and put stuff together. Once you have sorted some ideas you need the platform = the world space/s and stuff. :yes:
