Anyone with that background is welcome to join. You may have come across one of our promo posts on the other websites and I'm likely to have mentioned that we are taking no one who cannot mod anymore as we cannot afford to 'carry' or train people too much and I personally have taken offence against people who turn up, offer the world and do precisely nothing. That message is a shortened version of the post I made here: Pledge of the Lizard King .

Anyway, unpleasantness out of the way, we'd love to have you. This post is the best place to start as it refers to several vitally important links: New Modders Start Here . Hopefully, this will help you navigate around our forums.

One thing it mentions is that you will need a naming code so that your modding is credited. This is normally two letters that define your username. Mine is IG, Deeza's is DZ and Koniption's is KP. Sometimes this can stretch to three letters and personally I think PWN would be a funny choice.

Two very important things you will need are: 1) The latest esm (the Black Marsh master file) which can be found here: Latest esm and esp updates (it's the first link).

And 2) The latest BSA files (our models, textures and other assets archive). This second file is no longer available on our forums as we don't like it being leaked and there being the potential of hard work from modellers being stolen or misused.

I will send these files to you by PM (private message) once you have read and agree with the Pledge of the Lizard King and have taken a modding abbreviation. This will assure me you're serious. I hope this doesn't strike you as being too off-putting.

We don't expect fireworks, just a little help, honesty and updates on how you're doing or whether you'll be away or busy for any reason.

We can't police what we do but I'd certainly like to create a blacklist of dishonest modders in the hope that simple human shame reinforces that those who waste our time are beneath us and the rest of the gaming and modding community. Please feel free to leave at this stage if you are here for the wrong reasons. It won't be held against you.

Anyway, let us know as I'd love to have another modder amongst us! :yes:

I love it! I love the organized system you have going on here. PWN is perfect! I pledge my allegiance to this mod and regard the Core as my superiors. I will get into all this ASAP. I will take a browse on the forums first, see what's what and see where I might be needed the most.
