Is there any specific set of armor you want? I can't decide which to make next.

Although I like the blue, the green looks more inline with the Akavirian Katanas found in Oblivion.

Maybe you could re-texture the cuirass to look like the one in the link, it would be nice to have a couple of re-textures so we have more then one type, or color of armor.

It is just a WIP, something is missing but I can't figure out what,

No, I don't see anything important that's missing, but if you want to, you could add a "nodowa" (throat ring), it's not a very important thing, but it would be nice to see it on the model.
Here is a picture of three nodowa:


you can clearly see the two plates that cover the upper part of the chest.

The lower arms need a cord around the wrist to tie the armored sleeve shut, but that's just a detail.
We will need armored gloves (tekko) to go with the samurai armors, but i think it would be best if they are a seperate model.

I think it is about finished

It looks good, only one thing should be fixed, the yellow lace on the upper part of the cuirass has the shape of a: Y
The lace should look like the lace on the right armor in this picture:


The armor on the left shows how the armor is laced, but it is not laced tight enough (who ever laced that is an idiot)
Anyway, i hope you can fix it, i know it can be difficult to make the lace look correct.
