I am really tired of feeling like we haven't made much progress. I would like to focus on making a town. Is there anything I could do to make such progress possible. I mean I am really wanting to make a city right now. I can draw up a concept, make a few models, come up with some NPCs. I think we currently have the resources. I don't know why but I have the overwhelming urge to walk Tsaesci streets. I want the Snake men of Akavir to hiss at me when I walk by, I am willing to voice dialog. The problem is I don't have much experience with the CS.

Alright, making a town is easy, the reason i have not been working on this yet, is because i wanted to have as much resources as possible to make the town.
Before i start on this, i would like to have the new resources from the Void mod (and they will need our resources).
I think we will have to go with open cities, because of flying creatures and the way some cities will be located near cliffs (people could jump into town, they would probably die doing that)

If anyone has objections to open cities, say so now (or be silent forever), and tell us the reason.

Well the closed cities could be preserved for one thing - music! Remember, that there are explore and public sections.

I assume my collision works fine? I'll get the rest done tomorrow.

I would like to have the Matsumoto-jo model (so we have more then just Himeji, does it have collision?)
Also, the free castle models from that website i told you guys about, is there anything else? Like an interior tile set maybe? Or some building models that have been cut to pieces for an exterior tile set?

The Matsumoto-jo model needs new retexturing because I screwed up things and I have to delete some objects to save performance (there are lots of "tubes" on every roof, they are not needed). I'll start working on it sometime soon, I can upload the shitty version if you like though. And it does not have collision (yet).
Models from the other site - I believe Carpet sample did get some in game. I'll ask him. The other free model from the site is nouka - doesn't have collision and has to be retextured (those textures provided are low quality). What else... hmmm
I've made the "tileset" to build your own building (the white building with roof from asian stables from vanilla Oblivion that I've shown sometime ago) but the pieces don't match (are slightly rotated) to each other.

Mirrored, I can give you the Exterior set I have created. It needs collsion.
Kodama, I can give you the Interior set, that is if you are willing to deal with the sliding door problem.

Edit: I spent this morning making a new obi for the hakama meshes, and a female open kimono. I will post shots later.
